Local Ingredients, Global Flavours

We use the best of the region’s food and the flavours of the world create our dishes. We smoke our own Aoraki salmon and serve local venison, goat and delicious lamb. We use fresh local seasonal produce. We pour beer from Wanaka’s many craft breweries, list award-winning local wines and serve Venus, Wanaka’s only locally roasted organic coffee.
